About the Process
There are no fees to create a user account and to search through our professionals. (If you choose to work with one or more listed on our site, then you would contract with them separately.) The only fees we collect are those for the professionals whom we’ve vetted and have chosen to be listed on our site.
First, please contact the service provider you’ve been working with and let them know why you’re dissatisfied. Communication can be so helpful and, often, you and the professional can work through any issues you have with them in a positive way. If you are still unsatisfied, you may also leave a review for that professional here, or on other sites such as Yelp or Google.
Later Life Living provides direct contact between you and the professionals you choose. You can then contract with them directly, and not via our website. Because of that, if you’d like to cancel a service, please contact the professional directly with whom you have a contract. You cannot cancel a service through our website or app.
Later Life Living does not keep your credit card information on file. All payments by our vetted professionals are processed through a third-party payment platform (Stripe – www.Stripe.com), which is separate from our company.
